Following graduation, Dr. Servais moved to White Bear, MN where he practiced in a large medical/chiropractic/acupuncture clinic.  While in active practice, Dr. Servais, treated collegian and professional athletes.  Due to his background in emergency medical services (ENT), and his work history with local colleges and professional sports programs, he was invited to enter a three year neurology program through Northwestern College and Noran Pain Clinic.

Dr. Servais moved to Park Falls, WI in 1983 where he opened a practice.
