American Chiropractic Association (ACA)
The American Chiropractic Association (ACA) represents practitioners, students, chiropractic assistants, educators and lay persons nation-wide who are dedicated to the growth and development of the chiropractic profession based on its fundamental principles and philosophy.  Dr. Servais has been either the Delegate or Alternate Delegate for the State of Wisconsin for the past 15 years; representative of the ACA

Wisconsin Chiropractic Association
Dr. Servais has been a member of this State Association for the past 25 years.

International Academy of Chiropractic Neurology
The International Academy of Chiropractic Neurology is a non-profit corporation that is dedicated to the promotion of the principles and techniques in the field of chiropractic neurology and to support these principles, policies and practices in order to attain the highest order of excellence in neurologic skills directed at patient care by doctors of chiropractic.

American Board of Chiropractic Consultants
The American Board of Chiropractic Consultants is a non-profit organization which establishes certification parameters for the practice of chiropractic consulting, focusing on peer/utilization review, quality assurance and standard of care issues.  The goal of the organization is to identify the task and define the knowledge required of the chiropractic consultant and to provide a valued mechanism for testing competency in this field.

Wisconsin Collaborative for Healthcare Quality (WCHQ)
Dr. Servais sits on a specialized committee establishing performance criteria for statewide providers (MDs, DCs).  This multidisciplinary group obtains information to better understand those individual practices with the highest outcomes in performance, quality and satisfaction.

Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development
Dr. Servais is an expert medical/chiropractic consultant with the Department of  Workforce Development.  The five member board on which he sits is responsible for resolving disputes between providers (chiropractors), insurance companies and patients.

Aurora BayCare Medical Center
For the past eight years Dr. Servais has chaired the Integrative Health Department within the Pain Management care unit.  He has been instrumental in establishing alternative care programs for the pain care unit and has provided chiropractic services when needed.  He is an active member (provider) in the Neurocare Brain and Spinal Center.

Northwestern Health Sciences University
As a trustee of the University, and post graduate faculty member, Dr. Servais is proud of the University’s accomplishments.  The University is considered one of the nation’s best institutions in the advancement and promotion of natural health through education, research, clinical services and community involvement.
