Dr. Servais is a preferred provider with most health-care plans. Reimbursement is available through workers compensation and automobile insurance. This office has an insurance package for those individuals without insurance coverage.  For a small yearly fee you will receive an agreed to number of visits.  This inexpensive service allows you to obtain all the services, both diagnostic and treatment, that are necessary to resolve or stabilize your condition.
